Accommodation

Hotels, cottages and short-term lets

The window between a 10 a.m. checkout and a 3 p.m. arrival forgives no delay. That is exactly the job we are set up for.

The turnaround between two bookings

A room or flat turned around, in our terms, means the next traveller finds no trace of the previous one. That covers a full strip-down of the bathroom, descaling the taps and shower, disinfecting the sanitary ware, a complete change of bed and bath linen, floor cleaning, dusting of high surfaces and emptying the bins with fresh liners.

In a kitchen or kitchenette we empty and clean the fridge, degrease the hob, the reachable extractor hood and the microwave, wash up anything left behind and check that the advertised inventory is complete. Items forgotten by guests are set aside and reported, never thrown away without your say-so.

We also handle restocking of any consumables you leave with us: paper, soap, coffee capsules, bin liners, welcome products. You get a note when a stock is running low, so you are not caught short on a Friday evening.

For owners managing their property remotely, often from abroad, we send a photo report of the main rooms after each turnaround. Any damage found is documented the same day, which leaves you time to raise it with the booking platform within the deadline.

FAQ

Questions about accommodation turnarounds

Can you hold the tight window between a departure and an arrival on the same day?

Yes — that window is precisely what our organisation was designed for. The visit is timed against your checkout and check-in hours, and the number of cleaners sent is calculated so the property is ready before the guest arrives, even in peak season.

Do you handle bed linen and towels?

We change everything at each turnaround. You can leave a stock of linen on site that we rotate, or keep working with your usual laundry: in that case we bag up the dirty linen and take delivery of the clean batch.

Do you work on Sundays and public holidays?

Yes. Weekends and public holidays are exactly when bookings come thickest. Our schedules cover those days with no surprise surcharge: the terms are set out in the original quote.

What do you do if a property is left in an unusual state?

We photograph what we find before touching anything and alert you immediately. If putting it right goes well beyond a standard turnaround, we send you a priced supplement before continuing, never after the fact.

How many properties to cover?

Tell us the number of units and your check-in times, and we will build the turnaround schedule with you.
