Office and commercial premises cleaning
Visits timed around your hours, a written perimeter, and a team that knows your site instead of a rotation of temporary staff.
What upkeep of your premises covers
A standard visit to an open-plan office covers emptying and sorting the bins, vacuuming and washing the floors, wiping down cleared desks, disinfecting contact points — handles, switches, lift buttons, coffee machines — and full washroom care, with paper and soap restocked if you leave the consumables with us.
Meeting rooms are reset to a neutral state: tables wiped, chairs realigned, boards cleared, fingerprints taken off the glass partitions. Kitchens and break areas get their worktops, sink and the outside of appliances degreased.
Left out of the standard package unless you ask otherwise: tidying documents and personal belongings, the inside of closed cabinets, cleaning computer equipment beyond careful dusting, and external glazing at height that requires a platform lift. These can all be added to the perimeter, but they are priced separately so the quote stays readable.
Frequency is decided with you: daily for a busy open-plan floor, two or three visits a week for a small business, or a monthly deep clean for lightly used premises. In every case we come either before your staff arrive or once the last person has gone, so nobody works around our equipment.
How a contract begins
- 01
Site survey
We walk the site with you, measuring surfaces and noting floor coverings, access constraints and alarm procedures.
- 02
Written specification
You receive the perimeter room by room, with frequency and price. Nothing starts before you have agreed to it.
- 03
Access and keys
Badges, codes or keys are logged and issued to a small number of cleaners, all named on your file.
- 04
Regular visits
The team works the agreed slot. We review it with you after the first few weeks to fine-tune the details.
Questions about office cleaning
Can you come after closing, when the premises are empty?
That is in fact the most common arrangement. We hold a set of keys or a badge, the alarm procedure is recorded on your file, and the team comes in the evening or very early in the morning. You walk into premises that are ready.
Who supplies the toilet paper and soap?
Either option works. You can manage your own consumables and we simply keep the dispensers topped up, or we buy them for you and they appear as a separate line on the invoice, at cost plus handling.
Is it always the same team that comes?
Yes, as far as possible. Each site is assigned to a pair of regular cleaners who know its quirks. If someone is on leave or off sick, the stand-in is briefed on your specification before their first visit.
What happens if something has not been done properly?
You call your named contact and we come back to that point at no extra charge. If the same thing is missed repeatedly, it usually means the perimeter was ambiguous, so we rewrite that part to stop it recurring.
