Five specialities, one team
Every job is scoped before the first visit: exact perimeter, frequency, products used and time slot. You know what gets done, when, and by whom.
Offices and commercial premises
Regular or one-off upkeep of workspaces, washrooms, meeting rooms and shared areas — before opening or after closing time.
Hotels and short stays
Full turnaround of hotel rooms, holiday cottages and flats let by the night, between one departure and the next arrival.
Windows, verandas and mirrors
Bay windows, verandas, internal partitions and mirrors left streak-free, frames and sills included.
Post-work clean-up
End of building works, end of tenancy or premises shut for too long: we start from the bare surface and work up to the finish.
Private homes
Routine housekeeping, seasonal deep cleans and a fresh start before or after a family gathering.
From your call to the final check
Four steps, always the same, whether the job lasts two hours or six months.
- 01
You get in touch
By phone or WhatsApp, at whatever hour suits you. We note the type of premises, the approximate floor area and how urgent it is.
- 02
Visit and quote
We come and look at the site where that helps, then you receive a written quote setting out the perimeter, the frequency and the price.
- 03
Scheduled visit
The slot is agreed with you, including at night, at weekends or on a public holiday. The team arrives with its own equipment and products.
- 04
Check and adjust
We walk through the result with you. Anything that falls short is redone, and the specification is corrected for the next visit.
A team that does not stop at five o'clock
M.E.R.I INTERNATIONAL grew out of a simple observation: most professional premises can be cleaned neither during opening hours nor on a rigid schedule. A hotel handles departures and arrivals on the same morning; an office only frees up once the last person has left; a building site finishes the day before the keys are handed over.
So we built the company around availability. Our teams can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and travel throughout Wallonia from Manage. For clients who ask for it, we also work beyond the Belgian border: international mobility is part of how we are organised, not a marketing promise.
Our cleaners work in French, Arabic, Spanish and English. That is a concrete advantage in hospitality and for foreign owners managing a property from a distance: instructions are given in your language, and so are the reports.
We bring our own equipment and products, and we adapt the method to the surface: the marble floor of a reception area, the worktop of a furnished flat and a veranda are not treated the same way.

What people ask us most
Do you really work at night and at weekends?
Yes. Our schedules are built around your constraints rather than the other way round: we work at night in offices and shops, very early in the morning in hospitality, and on Sundays or public holidays when that is the only workable slot.
Is the quote chargeable?
No, the estimate is free and comes with no obligation. Depending on the size of the premises, we either price it over the phone from your description, or after a site visit that costs you nothing.
Do we need to provide equipment and products?
No, we arrive with our own equipment and consumables. If your site requires particular products — an internal standard, an allergy, a delicate surface — we use yours or source the brand you ask for.
Which languages can we speak to you in?
Our cleaners speak French, Arabic, Spanish and English. Access instructions, reports and discussions with foreign managers all happen in whichever language suits you.
Premises that need putting right?
Describe the situation and we will come back with a time slot and a price, even if the call comes in at three in the morning.
