Manage is our starting point. The real reach depends on the type of job: recurring upkeep needs proximity, a one-off deep clean much less so.
Four areas, and beyond where needed
The Centre region is our daily ground. From Manage we cover La Louvière, Seneffe, Chapelle-lez-Herlaimont, Morlanwelz, Le Rœulx and Binche with no timing constraint. This is where we take on upkeep contracts with daily visits, because our teams can chain several sites within the same half-day.
Next comes the Charleroi basin and central Hainaut: Charleroi, Courcelles, Fleurus, Pont-à-Celles, Soignies and Braine-le-Comte. We handle both recurring contracts and one-off jobs there, with a slightly longer lead time to set up high-frequency work.
To the north, Walloon Brabant and the Brussels area are covered mainly for hospitality, short-term lets and deep clean-ups — longer jobs, where travel weighs little in the planning. Nivelles, Tubize and Brussels are regular destinations for us.
Finally, international mobility is part of how we work. For a deep clean-up, a site opening or a one-off assignment with a client who already knows us, we travel outside Belgium. These jobs are scoped case by case: duration, accommodation for the team and travel costs are priced in the quote, with no unpleasant surprises.
